“We didn’t get off to the best start as arrived to find a notice on the pub door to say that there was no power and pub was shut! Had to call a number to book in, young man arrived and assured us that our rooms were unaffected and that breakfast would be provided in the morning. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. Don't judge a book by its cover. The room is renovated and unique.
