Very friendly stuff at the property. Free shuttle from 6 AM to 10:30 PM. I had to leave property at 4 AM and they offer shuttle to the airport for additional fee, which was very helpful. The drivers were on time. I needed the hotel just for a few hours to take a shower and sleep, and it was just perfect for me

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Great stay

Clean room; super staff; great location; decent buffet breakfast; nice bar / cafe at the ground floor --- all positive. Rooms and property are a little dated would be the only negative. Good for couples and groups.

The location was excellent. It was clean and the price good. Office staff was helpful.
