Das Zimmer hat leider alt gerochen, die Möbel vor allem Polster und Teppich. Die Putzfrau ist am Morgen einfach ins Zimmer gelaufen, als wir noch im Bett waren. Lange vor Check out um 11:00. Man hat uns nicht korrekt informiert über das Wellness Bad Tamina in der Nähe und in den alten Wellnessbereich vom Schloss geschickt. Dort hat eine Badewanne mit Sprudel nicht funktioniert. Das ganze war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Wir kamen nachts retour und kamen mit unserem Zimmerschlüssel nicht rein und waren vor verschlossener Schlosstüre. Beim Chech in wurden wir nicht informiert und uns wurde kein Badge abgegeben. Das Morgenessen war ok, einfach. Die Tapete im Restaurant war neu und gemütlich wie auch die Lampenschirme zeitgemäss. Die Bar im Schloss war nicht im Betrieb. War eher langweilig. Es hätte jedoch einen wunderbaren Flügel. Der italienische Kellner im Restaurant bei der Ankunft war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein Aufsteller in diesem Hotel. Er war bescheiden und wollte nicht das Trinkgeld annehmen. Es soll ihm zurück kommen, ein weiser Mann.

Leicht enttäuscht

An der Rezeption erhielt ich wie im Portal angekündigt ( bis 17.-) einen Getränkegutschein. Als ich diesen für ein Aperitif einlösen wollte, wurde mir ein kleines Bier im Offenausschank angeboten. Dieses habe ich dann dankend abgelehnt und bin gegangen. Wiedergutmachungsmögichkeit bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde nicht genutzt.

Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)

It was a lovely place to spend time. It was in a very quiet location. Our room was a tremendous space. The shower was the best we have ever experienced. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the castle-like feeling of the hotel. What was lacking was the parking. There was a meeting and dinner held at the property by an organization on Friday night. Parking was horrible. It would have helped if the hotel let us know this was going to happen.

Not great at all!!!

Where to start! I would hazard a guess that most of the positive reviews here are made by the owners/ staff etc. this was the poorest 3 star we stayed at when visiting Switzerland. This is a very confused hotel. The castle part is full of random items from old to new. The room was beyond basic and old. A 1970’s bathroom, ad hoc tables, wardrobes. An outdoor balcony but no seat. Random pillow stuffed in corners of the room. No tv from the bed! No amenities bar water. No safe, kettle making facilities, nothing at all! We had to laugh when walking in otherwise we’d have cried . They seem to be trying with the spa (despite there being a there not 6 mins walk away). A restaurant (local cuisine and Indian) backing the confused. A restaurant that managed to give a very basic breakfast where you have to figure out the toasting machine and egg boiler yourself. The scrambled egg was swarm, old and cold as was the other what was supposed to be warm items. Reception service was mostly poor. They only told us of a local discount pass a day into us staying! One that would have helped save us money! No mention of a festival happening in the town during our stay. Just generally not a great experience and we would definitely not return. All aspect of the service and amenities arent quite cutting it so I would suggest they pick and concentrate on improving one area. . This is a hotel that would get ripped apart and yet really benefit from an Alex Polizzi visit.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, praktisch + funktional eingerichtet, das angeschlossene Restaurant toll der Zimmerboden war unangenehm kalt, das Bett durchgelegen = eher unbequem das Licht im Gang vor dem Zimmer brannte die ganze Nacht, das ist nicht ökologisch, der Stromverbrauch unnötig, die Lichtverschmutzung sollte eliminiert werden

Schloss Hotel Aufenthalt- Tamina Therme

Das Personal war sehr freundlich bei Empfang und Fragen , die Zimmer in den Bungalows sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen , es müffelt etwas , die Grünanlagen sind vernachlässigt , man muss zum Restaurant fürs Frühstück laufen - teilweise den kleinen Berg hoch , dort wird man dann vom Melitta Kaffeeautomat empfangen, es ist ein etwas unorganisierter Bereich , mit einer Eier Koch Anlage , also jeder steckt ein Ei auf einen Drahtständer und soll dann warten bis die Eier gekocht sind - kleiner tip auch aus hygienischen Gründen- legt gekochte Eier in einen Korb und gut ist sorgt für weniger Frust am Morgen , den Wellness Bereich kann man sich schenken , der Pool hatte grünes Regenwasser drin und plastikabtrennungen , was super ist und sehr zu empfehlen ist die Nähe zur Tamina Therme und die angebotenen Eintritte sind super praktisch , ein Bademantel im Zimmer wäre schön , eine grosse einfache Tasche wäre auch schön auch für Leute die zum Wellness gehen wollen, wie gesagt das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht , für die baulichen Dinge kann es auch nichts , der Ort selber hat ausser der Therme nicht viel zu bieten leider , für Golfspieler ist das Hotel aber ideal
