It was a very central location however this hotel is much more basic than I’d expected for the price. The towels are tiny, hairdryer pointless, just a sheet on the bed, one pillow, no kettle (although there was a coffee machine) basic breakfast. We paid to be “upgraded” in our room on arrival as well. Exceptionally overpriced for what it is. Was disappointing. Hotel is clean though and staff friendly and helpful

Very clean, warm and comfortable room. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. We recommend this hotel when visiting Chur. Great location and extremely convenient location in the town. We were only there for one night when taking the Bernini Express and wished we could have stayed longer as it's a very pretty town.
