All amenities except the workout area and the main restaurant were closed or unavailable due to weather or Covid-19. The restaurant menu was limited and of what was on the menu, two main items had run out. Even though most amenities were unavailable, there was still a “resort fee”. The hotel is getting ...
Really enjoyed the super helpful and friendly staff. The snow storm knocked out most of the activities, but the manager and staff made our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely go back.
We had a great stay, the room was clean and the skyline view from our room was very pretty. The only con i would say is the property does not have any breakfast options during the week because of the pandemic, other than the Starbucks next door that is (which we personally don't like their food options). ...
Omni Barton Creek went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable during the Texas power failure storm. The staff was very accommodating.
Hotel Granduca is so authentically furnished it's like being transported to Italy when you step through the doors. This hotel was so relaxing! It truly surpassed our expectations: from the fabulous meals in the dining room to the singer and guitarist that performed, shooting pool in the game room ...
Pillows not comfortable (why this very large pillow); Room was humid as you can not believe it! Travaasa claims to be from Farm to Table: hence you expect something FRESH in the room, not a bag of caramelized pecans and a bag of popcorns... why not a bowl of fresh fruits? amenities: why do we get ...
Staff was very accommodating and nice, especially during the time of the winter storm that hit Texas. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again. Also, great view!
we liked everything. nothing to not like about staying here!
A wonderful experience. Will love to stay here again.
Rooms very small for the price, no privacy on balconies you can look to either side & see your neighbors. Only option for parking is valet $49 a night.
The room is smelling to bad and the mirror isn't in the place
Great area to be in, alot of things are close by! I highly recommend. Also, the customer service is really great.
TV reception was terrible, otherwise everything was great
I loved the jacuzzi but I didn't like that there was no breakfast! Only cereal due to Covid
Our room served its purpose. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
We had to move closer to our event because of the bad weather. I told my daughter to Google and book something. We were pleasantly surprised at the great rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s always great when you’re having travel weather stress to come into your room with no problems. ...
We stayed on a Saturday night. The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no personal coffeemaker in the room. Sunday morning went to get coffee and check out breakfast, but they said they do not have breakfast or coffee on the weekend. That was disappointing, but overall ...
I did like that theres a restaurant in the hotel but the breakfast do really plain
