Perfect location and great service.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the location. While it’s close to Union Square, it’s also very close to the Tenderloin. We frequently encountered people openly using drugs and a large number of homeless individuals, especially when walking to and from the hotel. At times, it made us feel uncomfortable and less safe than we would have liked. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend using Uber in the evenings rather than walking. Overall, the hotel was great, but the surrounding area definitely affected our experience.

Loved it here. Room was comfy, shower was excellent, bathroom was cute. Room has fridge and microwave, which today a lot of places don't simply just offer! Only downside is having to find parking elsewhere away from the property if you have a vehicle. All in all, it is an awesome stay and I am totally coming back next year.

The front desk clerks were very friendly and quick with check in and check out. The hotel was very attractive. The elevators were fast. The room and bathroom was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
