Needed a place to sleep and shower close to my destination. Check☑️ However, the sheets on bed were stained. Pillow had water stains all over and was brown(not original cover). Carpet in room was stained and dirt as well. A lot of superficial damage. Luckily I brought some of my own linein to cover the bed and pillow. Thinking about throwing away now whoever. (Was already 11pm at night, was out luck finding anything reasonably near by other wise would have left On the plus side, the staff was easy going

Room has great space. overall staff was too kind to upgrade my one bed to two bed and I like his behavior. It's worth or cheaper than other places. Worth for money. Highly recommended.

While the room was fine and having a fridge with a freezer was pretty key, I could not get the hot water in the shower to work as the dial nearly fell off and couldn’t turn very well. The front door handle was really flimsy and when I tried to open the curtains the rod came apart and the curtains fell off. It’s adjacent to the highway so you’ll hear traffic all night long but it is convenient to Yosemite and the staff was very nice

While the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the shower was missing the control and had to be manipulated in order to work. The tv was among the smallest I've seen and didn't function well, but we weren't there to watch it anyway. The lock on the door was difficult to get to work. Overall, we were comfortable and the price was low for the area. Marginally recommend.

The beds were ok, but the sheets were very stained. Our toilet leaked everytime you flushed so you definitely had to wear shoes. The shower knob was missing, took me a while to get it right. The room itself was cozy and had great potential, the view was pretty, and close to Yosemite.

I checked in late in the evening, so there was a note on the office door that my room was open and a key was inside. There was a lot of trust on the management's part that someone else wouldn't have taken advantage of that check-in process and occupied my room. The room was clean enough, however, the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the industrial showerhead was covered with gunk. I was only there for a few hours of sleep after my visit to Yosemite. If my stay had been any longer, I would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else.

Had a little balcony off front door and wonderful views. Only here for 1 night would have loved to been here longer. Room had a coffee pot with condiments and a mini fridge. Air worked quickly and efficiently. Room had 3 beds and was still plenty spacious for us and our things.

Stains everywhere, bathroom/shower/walls/tile floors/bedding (multiple cigarette burn holes comforter). Toilet sized appropriate for a toddler. Bugs: spiders, multiple centipedes. Property poorly kept, driveway maintenance/trash. Outside light “strobing” effect all night not able to turn off or block. Sliding door in bedroom without “blackout curtains”, zero privacy for intimacy. AC unit (heat) did work great!

Lots of beds and owner was very very kind when we checked in. However, we did not have hot water in the showers throughout the weekend and unable were not able to get a lot of help with that. The only reason I would rate cleanliness a bit lower is because the bedding and towels had lots of stains. However this location is convenient and compared to camping it was incredibly ocmofortable.

You get what you are paying for. Reasonably clean, basic and functional. The water in the shower was barely warm, but we didn't have time to ask for a fix. So we just let it go. On the positive side the views from the patio were amazing.

You get what you pay for!! Floors were falling apart, curtains were hanging off the rod, shower head was painful, shower was ever so small. No idea why there was a wall of closet space which could have been a vanity in the bedroom. Bedspreads were cute! Bed was comfortable. TV had Hulu. Again, it ain’t the Ritz but what do you expect for$100 a night??

This was a much better stay than anticipated! For some reason the pictures on Expedia are a little off... We only stayed one night for a quick trip to Yosemite. The view was gorgeous from our room; it's overlooking the mountainside. The area is safe and quiet and only a few minutes away from a small town with restaurants, gas station, etc. Our room was nice and clean. The only downside was that everything on the property was so old - the bedsheets, the towels (one was stained and worn), and the appliances. The door kept getting stuck. If they upgraded these things, the stay would have been 10/10. Wouldn't mind staying again for a quick in and out trip!

The entire property had a sewage smell. Not sure whose fault that was. The room wasn't all bad- comfy bed, everything worked. There were some cleanliness issues- the coffee maker was gross and there was a toothpick/dentalfloss thing by the bed. kinda gross. The toilet could use some refinishing, and there was no bedside light1 either bright as hell or complete darkness.

I did not realize when booking that the check-in location was not where our room was. After checking in, I was given another address. The area is beautiful, but as it was in a mountain area, there were no street lights. The house was dark. There were no pictures posted of the exterior, so I had no idea what I was looking for. There are no lights for the driveway and no house numbers on the outside. It was very hard to find at night. The house is unique but nice.
