“Overall we Would recommend the pub Staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent with good choices There were some timing issues on our first night dining in the restaurant . The area around the pub is picturesque and easy driving distance to Chichester and the coast”

I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. “The pub area is great with a very large garden and FREE car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good but if you fancy something else, there is an Italian next door or a couple of other restaurants a 2 minute walk. Room 2 was dated but very clean and large.
