“Realmente para ser un hotel que marca 4 estrellas, su mantenimiento y servicios dejam un mal sabor de boca.... Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones esperando un cambio ante las quejas, pero tal parece que no les interesa y empeora su servicio.”

“We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family.”
