“Excellent location. Room clean, modern and comfortable. This was a cycling trip and didn't feel comfortable leaving bikes outside, there was nothing to secure bikes to or secure side gate.”

Floor was wet through every time we had a shower. Asked for poached egg on toast for breakfast and were told she would do the eggs and we had to do the toast but no times given so eggs went cold while waiting for toast. “Did not appreciate a separate bathroom from our bedroom. We booked 12 months in advance and I am sure that I would not have booked if I had noticed that. Our room was situated at the top of the stairs which meant other guests walking past possibly as you were heading to have or return from a shower. Our room could also be seen from a public area (a small corridor from the main bar to the beer garden) which is not good especially for a woman. The hosts went out of their way to find us...
