“We stayed for 2 nights at Brandon Lodge. Our room was spotlessly clean with very pleasing decor and a good heating system. The mattress and seating were very comfortable for somebody like myself who has many orthopaedic issues. The bathroom had a wonderful huge bath and excellent shower. There is a very attractive outside seating area with a fountain and also conservatory seating. Our breakfasts were beautifully cooked and served in a beautiful breakfast room. “Wonderful three night stay. Room was great, overlooking the garden. Nice to sit outside in the summer evening. Great location, within walking distance to the Cathedral and city center. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and owners were very accommodating. Very professionally run Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommend!”

“The room was quite spacious, Needed a good hoover and dust. It was hot as curtains were open. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom. Bathroom ceiling very low over shower, ok for me at 5'3"but not if you are much taller. Ceiling paint flaking off. Breakfast not what I want but that's personal I suppose. Mattress very soft.
Quite good location, lots of parking and a huge garden, about 2 miles from the city so I drove there.”
