“If you like cobweb-covered light fixtures, dirt-encrusted carpet, musty stench and ancient unsleepable beds, then this is the motel for you. We booked in here expecting a basic stay, but this was so much less than that. Thick cobwebs looked like Hollywood 'haunted mansion' prop on bathroom lights. Drawer pulls literally hanging off the bureau drawers, room phone made of cheap plastic like a child's toy that didn't work, stained curtains, peeling wallpaper, all grubby/sticky to the thouch. ...

“The Shaker Mill Inn is located in West Stockbridge so it is away from the dense tourist traffic in Stockbridge, but is located with easy access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and I90 and the rural Berkshires.
