The rooms are a little rundown. Bathroom needs update especially the bathtub but very clean and usable. Cookware is very limited with a small frying that is not nonstick so everything stuck to it. We used the pool which was ok but the matting around the pool was in bad shape and a little rusty spots. Needs replacing. Bed and AC were ok. Front desk staff is very nice and good hot drink machine in the lobby. Only coffee mate thought. Lobby area is nice. Just ok for the price.

We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer
