What a wonderful stay! It was an impromptu overnight to the Berkshires and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a lovely view of the pond area out back from the balcony. Great bathroom and shower, very clean. Breakfast was yummy with a nice selection. The pools and hot tub were the BEST part. I absolutely will be back because one night was certainly not enough.

Almost two hotels in one. Several structures. One nicely updated, all check-ins, breakfast. Our stay was in an older building… while it was clean there was a musty smell. The room was very dated and the ac was loud… Time to upgrade that building.

The Inn is a bit older but well maintained. The outdoor and indoor pools were lovely. The bed was comfortable with adequate bedding. Our bathtub was quite outdated but the rest was updated and fine. I would stay again - Good value and excellent location to Lenox and attractions.

The staff were friendly, helpful with finding restaurants and other local attractions. Our room was immaculate and nicely furnished with modern furnishings in great condition. The room was quiet--we never heard our neighbors. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and read. The location is great, 15 or 20 mins to Tanglewood depending on time. A very nice breakfast with lots of choices. We would definitely recommend this Inn to friends, and plan to return for future trips to Tanglewood and The Berkshires. .

Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy, but serviceable with bagels, yogurts, "eggs". The breakfast staff was very attentive though. Outside pool was very nice. Could have used some more poolside umbrellas for the sun. Indoor pool was like a sauna due to "green room" effect so never used it. Overall, very good experience.
