“Rooms were clean and functional, but upon check-in there were a few trash bags outside one of the rooms in the hallway.”

“The hotel was great. The only thing that needs to be addressed was the bed. Very thin mattress and too soft (at least for my liking). This is the only issue I had - otherwise, I would stay here again - but different room.”

“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”

“Estuvo de manera regular ya que ls habitaciones con un oor muy penetrante a cigarro y humedad aunq eran habitaciones de no fumar ademas los colchones estaban deteriorados e incomodos las almohadas malas en genral la visita bastante regular mala”

“The two-night accommodation offered a comfortable bed; however, the pillows could be enhanced to better accommodate individual preferences, as they were perceived as too flat. The recently renovated room was spacious, including a generously sized balcony. Additionally, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature regulation.”
