It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area

I came in late the front desk was very welcoming let us know they prepare food onsite if we were hungry and what time the bar was open onsite. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to the Knoxville area.

My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. All night and day you could here the traffic on the highway it was awful.Once I was able to log into Marriott the internet was great. There were tons of shops near by.
