I found friendly staff and a clean room I stayed one night going north and then a night on my return trip one of the towels in bathroom when unfolded had a long black hair stock to it and the bath towels are super small wasn’t looking for a breakfast but feel they shouldn’t advertise what they did offer as some travelers book a room with free breakfast because of time and $ constraints front desk Girl was super pleasant when I checked in same girl both times

I never ate breakfast .. so I don't know about that. The room was clean. My only complaint was I paid for a few extra nights but I came back to my room just to find the housekeepers and I'm assuming one of the owners or management was also there. Getting ready to throw my belongings out because apparently there was a misunderstanding. So good thing I came back when I did or I'm sure my belongings would been in the trash . And not one person offered an apology..

A good spot to spend the night after a vols game. Didn't have any breakfast so cant review that. Check in process was easy. Bathroom seemed to have maybe sawdust? Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The lobby was very well done and very clean, the remodel is very nice! You can tell they are trying to raise the standards of the hotel, and it shows. The breakfast was minimal, (cereal and cheap muffins) and the orange juice was actually tang in my opinion, but the man working the front desk was nice and kept it tidy. I did love the fact they had EV charging, although we could not use it as there was only one and it was being used, and they have a ton of cameras that you can see all outdoor areas at the front desk, so we know that helps limit unscrupulous behavior, which is good for peace of mind. For the price it was good.
