“The service is great and the facilities are amazing in general. The two facts that were somewhat disappointing were: 1) the elevator takes too long to reach any floor and it can barely fit 1 people with luggage. 2) on the first night, we were on the first floor and the music from the bar, the yelling and laughing of people would not let us sleep until past 2 am. “The room was clean and comfortable. The resort is pretty nice, always clean. Outside there isn’t much, so make sure you go there with the idea in mind of spending most of your time at the resort. All people are very nice and friendly. We had full board included but didn’t like the food. There was a lot, I guess is just personal preference especially if you travel with kids like us.
