“We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings”

“From walking in I loved it. Everything you need. Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, lovely fresh bedding, nice towels, tea/coffee making facilites, tv. Would defo recommend. When I come back to Whitby I will stay here again. Parking just outside.”

Staff very helpful and friendly. Great having a car park. Breakfast very nice and well presented and plenty of choice.”

“Amazing B&B with great views and brilliant team. The lounge is comfortable and the honesty bar is a really nice touch. Rooms are very well maintained and serviced each day. The welcome we received was extra warm and our children settled quickly. The breakfast selection was spot in, good range and quality. Short walk to the town and free parking outside. We will certainly use again.”
