The manager on-site was lovely, very friendly and helpful, checking if everything was OK each time we crossed paths. The owners have a gem in her. Easy parking, safe area, walkable to the centre. Very clean and comfortable beds. Only one small recommendation: blackout curtains or change of rails. We had a bay window and gaps between the curtains so a lot of light in the summer months.

Lady at check in and out was lovely, gave us extra tea and milk when I asked. Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment. Room was lovely and clean. Being at south end of Scarborough is the best end to stop some lovely walking up and down the hill and close to the funicular lift if needed. We were able to park close to hotel on Granville street at no cost which is a plus to us .
