Muy buen hotel y el personal muy bueno en todos los departamentos

Al extender mi checkout por 3 horas ne cobraron la noche completa es abusivo de parte del hotel siempre es proporcional al tiempo y solo fueron 3 horas

宿泊者に対してのおもてなしが随所に出ていて、色んなところで楽しめました ウェルカムドリンクのフルーツ水やエレベーター前のフォトサービスが良かったです プールでは、浮き輪は使いたい放題＆スライダーやマンタで待つこともなく、波のプールでもサーフィン体験もできました！ タオルを借りれるのもありがたかったです アクティビティルームも色んなおもちゃがあり利用させて頂きました お部屋も広々していて、ゆっくりできました ただ改装工事中だったので、ビーチが散々としていた事やランドリールームの卓球が出来なかったことが残念でした スタッフさんの優しい接客やプールスタッフさんの陽気な接客も楽しかったです また行きたいと思えるホテルです

When we arrived at the hotel, we could not enter our room because it was locked from the inside. Because hotel staff said it would take awhile to open, I requested another room. They said that would also take some time to prepare another room. We decided to go to dinner and asked that they call us when there was either another room available or the door was opened. They didn't call us. When we returned the door had been opened so we used the original room. Overall the cleanliness was somewhat lacking. There was dried blood and hair inside the bathtub and no shower curtain. the room was dusty. I have worked in hotel housekeeping in the past and I know it's not an easy job, but basic cleanliness and responsiveness from hotel employees is a minimum for hospitality work.
