The room was subpar. It did the job of somewhere to sleep. The tub felt as if you were going to fall through and was not attached to the wall. There was a trundle bed under the bed that you could not use otherwise a charge of $55 would be added even though the bed was already there. The private beach was not usable due to being under construction. The waterpark was decent.The staff was fantastic, along with the morning buffet breakfast. I would chose somewhere else next time.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment. Once finished, no doubt this would be a proper 4 star (or more) again. Now, it was clean enough and staff is very friendly. We spent most of our time exploring the island by rental car.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

ホテル前エリアと一部のプールが工事中で リゾート感は感じられませんでした。 地下1階のアクティビティルームも工事の倉庫になっていて残念でした。 運営が星野リゾートに変わりましたが、 名前が変わっただけどいう感じです。 日本の星野リゾートとクオリティーが同質だと思うとギャップを感じるのでご注意してください。 グアムのノーマルな普通のホテルです。 客室1.0サービス1.0地図1.0 ホテルのおすすめポイントお子様連れ向き 客室穴の空いたタオルを使用されているので 評価は低いです。 エアコンがかなり古いので 喉が痛くなり喉が痛く日本に帰国してから病気で通院しました。 バスタブのお湯が排水できなく 自分で掃除して処理したので最悪でした。 近くのアクティビティホテル隣接のウォーターパークがあり、 子供連れには向いています。 歩きやすさ工事中で不便でした。 フード、ドリンクレストランは他のお客さんの評判が良くなかったので利用しませんでした。

星野の名前ですが、完全にファミリーホテルなので、それ目当てであれば十分かと。レンタカーはそこまで高くないので、あったほうがいいです。とにかく小さい子供がいるなら空港から近いし何と言ってもプールはグアムで間違いなくNo.1です。施設の古さはしょうがないとして、あとはレンタカーがあれば他のホテルに劣る部分はないかと。
