I loved how they have 24hr convenience store and laundry service. Rooms were very cleaned and had lots of daily necessities in the bathroom like shave comb etc. Staff to are very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to be my new hotel when I go to Guam!

Hotel Tano is our favorite place in Guam and became like home to us. The enitre staff are phenomenal, helpful, and kind. They make you feel happy to walk in through the door. The shop has all of the essentials and then some! The laundry is a very helpful addition. The location is fantastic and in a very walkable around, near to everything you'll need.

The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside.

I gave the hotel 4 stars. Only because the initial room we were placed at, the shower head popped off and nearly fell on my head. But the staff immediately accommodated us to another room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, the hotel had a modern feel and vibe to it. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit.
