“Me encantó el hotel y todo el personal atiende excelente!”

“Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good....

“It’s my 4th visit and it didn’t disappoint. The buffet is varied and so were the cocktails this year. Service is great and the staff very friendly. I love the sophisticated pool area but equally love the more traditional style of the beach area.”

“Wir waren 13 Tage in diesem Hotel&am letzten Tag hatten wir einen Late-Check—Out und waren ein paar Stunden in einem anderen Zimmer. Haben wir nur ausnahmsweise gemacht, weil wir am letzten Tag eine Tour gemacht haben&uns gerne vor der größeren Rückreise noch einmal abduschen und runterkommen wollten.Daher haben wir einen direkten Vergleich des XTRA Rooms und eines normalen Zimmers. “Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation.
