Stayed in a Junior Suite, Private Pool, Sea View. Room was fantastic, big enough for 2 big children in their own beds + a large king bed. Private pool was very nice and the sea view made the difference. Quiet hotel and neighborhood, which we enjoyed and walking distance from a small village. The food was nothing special at all and a bit redundant. I also would not recommend travelling there without a private pool room. There were only a handful of sunbeds but the pools, which were always taken. The beach was pleasant, although you do need water shoes as there are big rocks as you enter the sea.

Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good. The à la carte was very special and the buffet was high quality with plenty of variety throughout the week. Highly recommended. Can also hire a car on site which was very straight forward and relaxed.

Amazing family friendly hotel in a beautiful area. Great beach, pools, amazing food, nice coctails, and very friendly staff members. We stayed in a family suite with private pool and it was worth it. We definetely want to come back one day. The only thing that needs improvement is the lift leading to suites which did not work properly throughout our stay.

It was our second time in the hotel. As previously, we have had fantastic experiences with the hotel staff and amenities. The food was great and the drinks were of good quality. We will definitely come back someday.

The Resort was fantastic. I treated myself to a Jnr suite with a private pool and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, with a separate lounge area and absolutely loads of storage. The outdoor space was wonderful, with your own sun loungers, table and chairs. I had a view of the sea and privacy. Be warned though, you can't control who has the rooms on either side, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, you may be best advised getting a Gea Suite, which is adults only. The staff were all amazing. Everybody was very helpful and very friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. It was always plentiful, lots of different choice, fresh and tasty. I wasn't overly keen on the Taverna food, but that's me being fussy and as it is a set menu, you get what you are given. The food was nice and the setting pleasant. However, the food and setting at the A La Carte was divine. The view was amazing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The beach is across a small road from the hotel. It's quite packed and crowded, but the hotel provide the comfiest sun loungers I have ever experienced. I would strongly suggest that the same loungers are used in the suites, as by comparison, the ones provided in room are very hard. The only negative that I would say is a warning to people that don't have quite so much mobility. Because my suite was at the top of the hill, it was quite a walk to get back to the room. I would definitely recommend.

Being the only black people in the whole entire hotel, we was treated very well and equal. Staff were so kind and patient even when I lost a valueable item, they kept me calmm and helped me search we found it. Food was amazing and all inclusive was very good. Definitely will be back soon. The only thing is that the hotel was far from places we wanted to go but it was worth it

Porto Angeli superb

Just had a great week at Porto Angeli with the family. The food was fantastic and everyone found something to eat even the fussy kids. The resort is very clean and the facilities are good. We used the gym most days with a good selection of free weights and machines including 2 running machines, cycling machine and 2 cross trainers plus lots of weight machines. The pools had plenty of loungers and the pool bar is a great place to chill out. The staff are first class I would highly recommend this and would return.

We had a lovely weeks stay at Porto Angeli. From the moment you arrive there's a wow factor and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite and there was plenty of room for my husband, 2 young children and I. The bed was huuuuuge and we were sad to have to say bye to it! Also having our own pool made the kids' lunchtime naps much more enjoyable for us. My toddler has food allergies and chef Costas made special dishes for him with a big smile on his face. A special thank you to him. But all staff were so professional and very friendly, including the lovely ladies on reception who couldn't do enough for us. The food was great and varied with plenty of choice. The dining setting outside was lovely. The kids playground was big and had lots to keep little ones entertained. One day we decided to venture out of the hotel and it was easy to rent a car from the hotel. We were (and still are!) sad to leave this lovely hotel. A couple of slight areas for improvement is to mix up the A La Carte menu throughout the week. Also, the temperature of the pools was colder than the sea. It would have been good to have them a little warmer, even if only the kids pool. This did not impact our stay negatively - just ideas for improvement :)

It’s in front of a rocky beach. Buffet was decent however à la cart Greek restaurant was poor. You must bring beach shoes to walk into the sea. Pools are small for the crowds and you need to reserve a spot at the beach to secure a chair.

AVOID - food poisoning and lack of support

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our honeymoon and babymoon. My husband got food poisoning on the first full day we were there - spent the rest of the stay confined to the room as my husband alternated between bathroom and bed. Completely ruined our honeymoon. I reported the incident to the hotel at the time and they were hesitant to even send us up some extra water! They offered us no support other than some bananas on our last day. Really disappointed, I expect so much more from a 5* resort. They are refusing any type of compensation on the basis that we were “offered support from a doctor that we declined” which is completely false - we were never offered this but would have really benefited from it as my husband was so sick and still not recovered.

What an amazing place. We stayed in one of the Adult-Only suits (801) and it was absolutely amazing. Room was modern (being built in 2021 if I’m not wrong) with a private good sized pool and it was one of the end rooms having just one neighbour so couldn’t be more private. View was amazing, waking up to see sea and hills surrounding the resort. Checked in late and there were brilliant sandwiches waiting for us in the fridge along with the bottle of wine to perfectly start our holiday. Food was very good with plenty of different choices every day, a la Carte restaurant was absolutely amazing (as a suite guest you can book it as many times as you want) and Taverna was a great experience to try traditional Greek food. Of course not everything was 10/10 so would rate the hotel beach a bit lower, but there was a lovely beach a bit further away and having a private swimming pool we haven’t used the beach much anyway. Be aware it is a very secluded place so if you fancy a day out on the island you will have to book a car or a taxi to take you to the main road as buses do not go to Porto Angeli although there is a shuttle service in certain hours. Overall I would highly recommend and we had an awesome time.

Et fint resort med okay faciliteter. Men det er især placeringen ved Stegna strand, der gør stedet særligt. Fra hotellet er der kort til gode gåture og mulighed for at klatre på klipper og hygge på både sand- og stenstrand. Hvis det er en resort rejse, man har lyst til, så er dette et fint sted.

Superbe hôtel, très bien entretenu avec de très beaux jardins. Situation idéale sur une belle plage, très entretenue avec des Transat très confortables. La cuisine est très bonne et le fait de pouvoir manger dehors tous les jours appréciable.
