Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Overall this is a nice hotel but struggles to keep up with newer 5 star hotels in Greece. Sadly the price doesn’t match the quality. It has a fantastic new water park which is fun for all ages. We could not fault the kids club - our children were asking to go which is a novelty for us. It’s a beautiful bright coloured building with aircon and full of structured activities. Our room was average - apparently their highest class of room but it was tired, noisy, four poster bed was very dusty and lacked the luxe. There is no turn down service which is useful for kids. The food is fine if you eat at the a la carte - the main dining hall is loud and chaotic. Drinks are below average - a lot of pre mixed flat cocktails and soft drinks
