Clean. Great view

Check in person did the registration like it was a bank transaction. Room was large and clean, but poorly arranged which made it awkward and unwelcoming. There is a space for a fridge, but no fridge in the room, which is unfortunate. The AC unit blows directly onto the bed which make it uncomfortable. Elevator can hold 3 people comfortably; less with luggage. Given the many quality hotels in the area, I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay just steps from Times Square.

This hotel is fantastic. The location is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as described and clean and comfortable. All for a reasonable price. I will always stay at this hotel when I travel to Manhattan.

The room was not clean, the shower had mold and I checked out three days early. The hotel agreed to refund my three days but Expedia would not refund. Very unhappy. No resolution at all.

I am UNHAPPY with EXPEDIA. I booked a 2 bed room with QUEEN beds. (choice was ONE KING or 2 queens) when i got there i had ONE bed - NOT a king - it was very small. The room was SO TINY. ALSO the AC did not work properly. SO they moved me the next day to a better room with still only one bed but bigger and the AC worked better... i find that booking with Expedia you just dont know WHAT you are going to get. and the hotel said they were sent the info from expedia. incorrectly. I WAS so unhappy that the hotel credited me some $ for my first night. WOW. be careful what you are booking.
