“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

“Hotel hermoso, gran servicio.

“Top hotel, the facilities are great. Yoga in the morning, a spa, a few restaurants. Staff are great and the drinks and night cap available are a great touch.”

“A stunning hotel. Beautiful rooms and grounds and views. Fantastic pool. Maybe larger than it looks - approx 100 rooms. But golf carts to transport back and forth and very walkable. Nearby Nirai beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.”
