We had one of the best experiences of our Japan trips at this hotel. From the healthy breakfast buffet, fresh juices made from an actual juicer and to the cleanliness and aesthetic detail of the whole resort… Solace and rejuvenation was found. The staff is so hardworking, kind and truly made the entire experience. <3 The Thalasso pool also is a great tool for healing one’s body and everything was world class. We will be returning.

Amazing hotel! Staffs were extremely helpful to book us restaurants, transfers etc. very attentive and friendly. The hotel shares the facilities with the sisters hotel next door, which is convenient for one that doesn’t want to drive.

If you want a quiet resort right on the beach this is the place. The Thalasso massage pool is a bonus, my wife loved it and was in it everyday. The service crom the staff was top notch. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast more at sister resort which is a quick few minute gof cart ride. The staff at both resorts were fantastic.

Misleading room description

My husband and i booked the two bedroom for our family trip with my mother. When we checked in it was just a bed set up in the living room with no door. Not ideal for three adults. The staff were extremely helpful and switched our rooms to be two rooms. However we had to pay an additional $1500! It ended up being more expensive than The Ritz Carlton!! Once we were in our rooms it was lovely the staff were super helpful and friendly the beach is probably one of the nicest beaches on the island.

This was excellent stay, even combining work and vacation. Exceptionally clean, excellent staff, helping a lot from arrival to departure, all with smile and good will. When my wife got sea-sick, our butler went above and beyond to make it easier on her. Loved Thalasso pool, was there every day. Good beach, great snorkeling, many restaurants. Perfect!

Beautiful spacious room with an incredible view. The pools and beach were great and very quiet. The staff was exceptional, attentive and always wanting to help. Only one staff member spoke English, Peem was really great, though it was challenging to communicate when she wasn’t on shift. Laundry facilities were constantly busy and in the “sister resort” which was quite inconvenient. The bed was firm and could use a mattress topper for comfort. Pillows and bedding were perfect. The buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely and definitely worth it. Overall this was a very nice stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional 5-star resort in Nago, Japan, and without a doubt, it was one of the finest hospitality experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with a level of warmth and professionalism that immediately made us feel at home. Every detail was handled with care—from the seamless check-in to the personalized service throughout our stay. The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed with modern comforts and traditional Japanese touches. Our suite offered breathtaking ocean views, a serene private balcony, and thoughtful amenities that exceeded expectations, including plush bedding, luxury bath products, and state-of-the-art technology. What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Every meal was a culinary highlight. I would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to Okinawa so we can stay here again.

I thought the entire staff at this property was absolutely lovely! They were super helpful and attentive our entire stay. The property itself is gorgeous, rooms with ample amount of space. The restock anything you need twice daily. So overall for that I will give it a 10/10. Now in terms of what I didn’t like… I felt like the Terrence club was significantly under whelming from the the sister hotel next door. They had better dining options and amenities. For the price the terrace club is you are better off with the sister hotel. Also in terms of the pool in April the water was essentially un swimable. It was like doing a polar plung, not having it heated so people can swim is ridiculous. The ocean is to cold to swim in so at least have the pool at a decent temperature so guess can use the amenities. The other pool which is connected to the sauna area you can’t bring your phones or take pictures so influencers be aware. I also wanted to order a drink from the bar and bring it to my room and the girl told me i couldn’t… which was odd. Overall the people and location was great for several day trips but I was pretty let down by the lack of options we had I terms of utilizing all the hotel had to offer. If your picking this hotel just pick the main sister hotel.
