“Staff was AMAZING, lots of parking, super clean and gorgeous rooms. Unfortunately the spa was closed for women when we were there and they don’t allow tattoos so my partner couldn’t use the men’s spa”

“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

“Didn’t want to leave. Place has space. Beach and pool are great. Everything just works. Staff are sharp, polite and efficient. A highlight is the food which is absolutely incredible. If you're not a fussy eater you can close your eyes and grab everything at the breakfast and evening buffet and not be disappointed. From local Okinawa food to more international. It’s a “wow” hotel.”
