“The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

“Hotel hermoso, gran servicio.

“We had an excellent stay. Our room was large and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were very helpful. The beach was an easy walk down the hill. We could hear children running in the room above us and in the halls a few times. Otherwise, every thing was great.”

“Public transportation is limited, there is a bus service that you can take to resort area from airport. Stop at the traveler info desk to book in advance. Uber or taxi service works well. If you want to see outside the resort you will have to uber around. Perfect location if you are looking to relax. We didn’t rent a car and it was fine.”

“Top hotel, the facilities are great. Yoga in the morning, a spa, a few restaurants. Staff are great and the drinks and night cap available are a great touch.”
