“great location”

“Las toallas siempre tuvieron muchos pelos, el WC se tapó y desbordó el agua por todo el piso, la tina tenía manchas de óxido. ”

“Excellent through and through!”

“Buen hotel , linda vista , falta limpieza en las áreas sociales ”

“Everything was really good !! I don’t know why this beautiful place had bad reviews, we enjoyed a lot !! ”

“I flew from Idaho to New York for surgery and didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, so we booked Hyatus Luxury Residences. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for recovery. The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. If I ever have to fly back to New York, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again! ❤️”

“Beautiful place and very nice hosts”
