We were helped by Nate, one of the doormen/valet immediately upon arrival. Got our bags right away to the room. Overall a good hotel. My only complaint would be a leaky toilet that should be repaired.

The Inn at Great Neck is a fantastic place. This is the second time to stay at the property. Close to the LIRR and the Plaza, so getting anywhere you want to explore easy. The staff and rooms were great, friendly and accommodating.
