Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Aldeburgh

“Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...

“We loved our stay at the Bell. Very comfortable and friendly with great facilities.”

“Lovely venue”

“We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“We loved out 1 night stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in our room because we had a call to do and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.”

“Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious”

“Cracking apartment in an excellent location. Excellent kitchen facilities (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine [not dryer]) Two excellent size bedrooms, one with en-suite. Good lounge / dinning area. One reserved parking space Communication over phone, face to face. Brilliant ”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”
