Staff pleasant and friendly- gym could do with being a little bigger and with better equipment but David Lloyds is right next door! Air-con need in this current heat but they do put a fan in your room.

Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again.

The staff are always helpful and friendly whenever we stay at this hotel, which is one reasons we stay here when in Ipswich. The rooms are adequately furnished and always clean and fresh. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff in the dining room keep it clean, tables are cleared and re-set quickly. Although it is just off the A14 it is a quiet location with good parking.

The room was clean and tidy Staff were brilliant. We had our granddaughter with us, they made a big fuss of her, even gave her the VIK wrist band for extras on drinks. Breakfast was very good, cereals to English breakfast... We came in our EV car, and they have fast chargers on site, reasonable price also..very handy..

Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.
