“The property is in very bad condition. There are no services. No phone in any room, there is one on every floor which doesn’t work. The safety deposit box in the room did not work, the towels need to be replaced, no taxis want to come to the property. Only redeeming feature is the dining room, good food, great staff. One lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I will not recommend this property to anyone.”

“The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant especially the lovely Scottish lady on reception. We didn’t have the breakfast or have any food from the bar as they sell peanuts which my daughter has an anaphylactic allergy to. This meant we had to go out for food. The pool was a great feature but had limited hours for children so wasn’t used as much as we had anticipated. They had a lot of kids swimming lessons on at the same time which again we hadn’t...
