“Excelente ubicación y todo el personal muy amable Sin embargo le falta limpieza a todo el hotel, sobre todo a las habitaciones y en nuestra estancia siempre tuvimos que pedir que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación, porque si no lo pedíamos no pasaban a hacerla ”

“I liked the clean room and the pool but I disliked they gave us the wrong code at first we didn’t check in till about 8:30 because of the run around and I disliked that the elevator was down other than that it was a good stay and I would stay again!!”

“This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning. “Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious!
