“Wow. This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were beautiful, with the most stunning views of the mountains. The balcony with your own private onsen was heaven. The food, coffee, beer and snacks available on the 6th floor were tasty! I also had a massage during my stay and it was one of the best services I have ever had. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!! Absolute luxury.”

“My family enjoyed this hotel very much. The quiet, the decor, the cleanliness and especially the service. I discovered I had left somethings in the room safe at my last hotel and Ms Hatanaka was kind enough to make a call right away to my Tokyo hotel to arrange for them to hold it and return to me when I return to Tokyo. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely return in the near future.”

“プライベートのお風呂なので、高齢の両親も人目を気にせずゆっくりとお風呂を楽しませていただきました。 階段がそこかしこにあるので、高齢者の移動はすこし負担にはなりますが、お宿のかたにサポートいただきました。 飲み物が、オールインクルージブなのは、、嬉しかったです。また、家族みんなでお伺いできたらと思います。”

“4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。 清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。 朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセット サラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。 朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。”
