We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with Old Karuizawa Ginza Street right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the organic-smelling toiletries. Staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was fresh and well prepared — especially the soups, which we enjoyed every morning. Only small downside was the pillows, which were too flat for us. Otherwise, a great stay overall!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we pulled up to reception, every member of staff were so welcoming, attentive, and accomodating. This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didn’t get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back. This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and it’s even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone.

生後4ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて家族3人で伺いました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った際、予め説明をしてくださったので、混み合うチェックイン時に伺った際はルームキーだけいただいてすぐに部屋に行くことができました。 貸出アイテムについては、部屋についてすぐ借りようとしたところ在庫切れが多かったため、ベビー関連の物など必ず使う予定のものは、事前にお願いしておくと間違いないかと思います。 レストランに降りる際には少し階段がありましたが、スタッフの方がベビーカーを一緒に運んでくださったので大変ありがたかったです。 部屋も広くて綺麗で、貸出グッズも豊富だったため、赤ちゃんも楽しそうに快適に過ごしていました。 ロビー奥のドリンクや飲み物も飲み放題だったので、お酒が好きな方には特に良いかと思います。 旧軽井沢の商店街の奥にあるため、観光にも非常に便利でした。軽井沢アウトレットまでバスで送っていただくことも出来ます。

急に旅行を決めて当日予約で行って来ました。まだオープン半年ほどと言う事で綺麗。お部屋も広々と満足。朝食が残念だった。ハーフビュッフェスタイルはメインも朝から中々の4選、あとは冷たいバケットとフォカッチャ。小さなトースターひとつあったらまだ良かったがないから冷たいバケットをかじる。私的に軽井沢ならではのパンやデニッシュ系を楽しみにしてだので無くて残念。冷たいデリと冷たいパン、温かいのはスープだけ。チェックインの時から外にいるドアマンの年配の方々は愛想が悪い。夕方から一晩雪となり朝には10センチ程の積雪。車の雪は自身で下ろし、帰る時もなんか愛想のひとつもないのは最後にちょっと残念でした。でも立地やホテルは本当に良いのでまた行きたいです。ありがとうございました。
