“This is a 4 star hotel approaching a 3 star rating for several reasons. Firstlty, there was only 1 lift out of 3 lobby lifts that was working, resulting in longer than acceptable delays in accessing the rooms and reception. This lasted the 3 days of our stay. Hall carpets are soiled-look like they have not been claened this year. Breakfast offerings were the usual average mixed fare, with no fresh juices (only powdered make-up) Sadly, we had to regularly ask staff to fill or replace empty hot...

“When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy. I WIL NOT COME BACK IN THIS FILTHY CHEAP HOTEL/MORE LIKE A MOTEL!”

“The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was heavy with local cuisine but enough "American" items that we didn't go hungry. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.”
