Love everything about Zuri resort, staff accommodating, very courteous and helpful. Everything in room was perfect, staff checked on us to be sure everything was we need are in the room. Definitely will come back and stay afain at the beautiful Zuri resort!!!

The room was nice, though I didn't care for the location. But that's just a preference thing. The food in the restaurant was generally good, though not great. Overall the staff was decent. I stayed here 2.5 years ago and loved it. This time was good, though not necessarily special. I would probably return again.

Friendly staff and professional. Location a bit further out but easy access to get to everything. Breakfast was nice and room spacious. Airport shuttle private was good and smooth. Shared shuttle was not clear, collected people from other hotels, despite booking through the hotel. Time given to wait for shuttle was too broad.

Absolutely excellent staff, especially the servers in the restaurant. A little more proper training and they would be absolute All-Stars. For such a well designed and beautiful facility, Management could do better making sure windows are clean, shrubbery is properly watered, etc. Overall, it was a really good visit.
