“The Location of the Hotel was central to all the amenities at the marina. The Rooms were very clean with a good amount of extras. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. we arrived early , so the room was not ready. They were happy to keep our baggage whilst we went out and returned at check in time . Parking was also a plus !!! AC was available in rooms, but it was great to have a door and windows which opened so we were able to breath fresh sea air I did not have any meals...

“The first room we were allocated was right opposite a nightclub and we got no sleep until 4 am in the morning. We made a complaint and reception moved us to a better room which was really nice room and quiet . The first room was very tired and a bit shabby the second room was really nice but it was an upgrade. We had breakfast each morning. The continental breakfast was better than the cooked breakfast. “We were aware that the hotel was being refurbished however we were not expecting it to be as dark and dingy and unwelcoming. There were buckets on the stairs for the leaks from the ceiling, plaster falling off walls, a dangerous old lift…. There were only 2 useable sockets in the room which meant the fridge had to be unplugged. There was no hot water for our shower for about 15 minutes. The breakfast for some reason was served a long way away from reception in the ballroom which was fully laid...

“El hotel en general está muy bien. Habitación amplia y limpia, lo negativo es que ha mi habitación no llegaba la señal correctamente, eso es un punto a mejorar. Enfrente de la playa y a 10-15 minutos del Pier y del centro andando. Desayuno típico ingles, con la calidad que hay en Inglaterra. Puedes aparcar por una libra al día en los alrededores del hotel con facilidad. Personal correcto.”
