Providing your CC multiple times, issues with validation...almost was not able to access the entry instructions; saving grace was the customer service rep that bypassed things to get my CC charged so the system would allow access. Way too much headache - I'll just stay at an actual hotel or home-share at that point. The unit itself was clean, but very little support and care was put into the unit. All the fixtures and furniture...
