The front desk staff were very helpful and upgraded our rooms when there was a slight change in our previously booked rooms. Rooms were amazing and so clean and luxurious. However, the only downside is the location as hotel parking was full and we had to use public parking across the street (it was much cheaper!).

Parked in secure parking. Jacket and coin stolen from vehicle while in “secure” garage. Lots on homeless people hanging around outside. Breakfast good but very busy and they are short of staff to look after buffet. Otherwise everything was fine.

Beautiful large suite. 20 min walk from stampede grounds. Safe underground parking. Drug store, Winners and grocery store across the street. If you’re biking , nice and close to the river trail for a great bike ride or walk. Be prepared - like lots of downtown areas, there are many people on the streets who have a drug addiction.

Firstly, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is nice and central with plenty of eateries nearby. We did eat at the hotel for convenience but the food was very average and I suspect it was microwaved. Al-in-all, not a bad place to stay.

I reserved the room well in advance, but when we arrived, it was not ready. For the first night, we were placed in a different room that was not very clean and, according to Expedia, was cheaper than the room we had originally booked. When I asked if there could be a discount or some compensation for the inconvenience, I was simply offered some snacks. The next day, we were moved to the room we had originally booked. That room met the advertised standards, and everything was fine from that point on. During breakfast, the staff also seemed to have difficulty keeping up with clearing and cleaning the tables, as the dining area was very busy on those days, possibly because it was the weekend.
