“Lovely staff and great location, room was a bit loud at night since it’s close to an area with busy nightlife but it’s not the hotels fault and it stopped around midnight. I’ll come back next time I visit Newcastle!”

“Excellent and beautiful place, we only spent one night, but we were looking forward to returning. I recommend it.”

“Room was ok but the matress was old, deformed, terrible… the shower was clogged and the bathroom got flooded”

“Breakfast excellent as always I think the mattresses need upgrading or replacing but I’ll still say the best hotel In Newcastle”

“Excelente hotel. Bien ubicado. Con parqueo fácil. Habitaciones buenas. Volvería a este hotel. ”

“Suficiente para una estancia corta de trabajo. ”

“Diddn't use parking or spa but hotel was very convenient for the city centre. Dining room a bit cold. Excellent choice at breakfast and evening meals tasty.”

“Superior room very spacious and decent spec.”
