“Great hotel to stay”

“Liked all Handrail in shower would be helpful”

“Spacious and well appointed room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent stay.”

“Everything was perfect room staff and food”

“Everything about the hotel was first class. Nothing to criticise. We will be using the hotel always from now on, when we visit Llandudno. The only thing I was surprised about was the charge for the car park. Luckily it didn't apply to me as I have a blue badge.”

“Excelente hotel. Es un castillo completamente remodelado. Muy buen servicio. Recomiendo disfrutar del parque y de la cena.”

“Excellent location, and the staff super friendly and helpful”

“Excellent spa facilities. Clean rooms and comfortable bed”

“Very clean room with an excellent ensuite. Rooms were cleaned daily with a top up bottled water and little treats. Breakfast was delicious with fresh produce. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking on the property but street parking near by. If you’re looking for a bed and breakfast with old world charm and service, this is the one !”

“The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening.”
