“Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food ”

“La decoración del cuarto, la locación estuvo increible!”

“Excellent location, and the staff super friendly and helpful”

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...

“Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend.”

“Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over.”

“Great hotel to stay”

“We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. We found out later that we had to pay upon arrival (thought Expedia payment had been made), so we had to pay over the phone. Again, not a...

“Everything was perfect room staff and food”

“Personal muy atento y el lugar en donde está el hotel muy agradable.”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Llandudno! Perfect location. The hot English breakfast choices were a great way to start the day.”

“Creo que este B&B vivió tiempos mejores, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante antigua, y aunque la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpios, todo lo que no se veia, necesitaba un repaso. El pueblo no tenia mucho interes turistico. Aunque el norte de gales es precioso. Si te quieres alojar por la zona, mejor es Llandudno o Conwy”

“Excellent pub bed and breakfast, friendly staff, car park, nice clean comfy room with en suite toilet and shower. Lovely breakfast full english, tea and coffee, toast selection of cereals. Value for money in a convenient location.”

“Very helpful staff and a great location with lots of street parking. Breakfast was included and was good. The restaurant was good too. Bathroom needed a renovation as there was set in grime.”

“Excellent spa facilities. Clean rooms and comfortable bed”
