“Inn is perfectly situated within the walls of Caernarfon Castle, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff are uniformly friendly and welcoming. My room (#34) was in an old building but had been completely modernized inside, including the bathroom. Room was immaculate and had plenty of well-located electrical outlets. “The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.”

“requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again”
