This was our first visit to the hotel and we werent disappointed.Really helpful Reception Desk with Kate going above and beyond to assist us. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming.
