Absolutely fantastic stay the room was amazing and the staff were so welcoming . The restaurant nice and cozy serving top notch food and good portions also. The bar was very nice with a good offering of different beers and lovely clientele . Will definitely be returning here and would recommend to anyone.

The hotel and staff were dog friedly with plenty of dog shops in the town , some lovely clothes shops and a fanastic shoe shop . The breakfast was 10/10 very hot when served to the table and a variety of cereals and other things

The staff were amazing. The room was spotless, comfortable and had lots of lovely extras like bottled water, a selection of beverages, and there was even a little radio playing jazz music when we arrived in the room! It was lovely. The breakfast was great and the position of the hotel is brilliant for access to the castle and the town itself. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Stayed for few nights for my birthday, hotel is in a great position for visiting the Castle, the marina and local shops as well as pubs/restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing hence giving the hotel a 4 star. Had a very long wait and had to cancel the order. It wasnt busy enough to warrant the delay.

Hotel was amazing, room was spotless, staff were very kind and polite in all aspects. Bar/restaurant felt very homely and food was delicious, could probably do with a few more draught beers choices but this is very minor considering everything else was spot on. Didn’t expect there to be many parking spaces with the location but the car park was pretty big and definitely catered for all guests that would come via car. Everything you needed in the room, didn’t need to ask for anything. Coffee machine was a brilliant touch, water pressure from the shower was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces and also across the road, parking for hotel guests too. The staff were all lovely and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay at the Castle and will definitely be back !
