Everything about this hotel was fabulous. Spotless, lovely room, staff were lovely and so friendly. We spent both our nights in the hotel both in the bar and in the restaurant. Food was amazing and the lady who served us was just lovely. Definitely will be returning.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the only issue we had was the noise from people downstairs and banging doors, our room was at the top of the stairs on the first floor before you go through the double doors and the noise was terrible, the other rooms are through the doors which stops lots of the noise, for a premium room I was disappointed with this

Nice hotel, vey conveniently located and a great car park, which is a huge plus in Conwy. Bedroom was comfortable and warm, but it was noisy given it was on the front of the hotel. Nice food with a good choice of menu. Above all it was the staff that made it a great stay. They were all so friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath. The continental breakfast had a good selection, I especially liked their pre soaked muesli which was full of nuts and fruit and shredded apple something I will try to reproduce, we had a full cooked breakfast the following day which was a little underwhelming, it's wasn't as hot as I would have liked and was missing either toast or fried bread, which if we had known we could have made our own toast from the continental selection but as it was already getting cold would have taken too long, but nevertheless the breakfast staff were excellent and very friendly.

Great location for visitng Conwy. our room was on the side facing the road and it was noisy in the morning- despite the ear plugs provided by the hotel. however, it was a very pleasant stay overall

We had a really nice stay in the Narnia Suite on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators and windy steps up to the third floor. This wasn’t a problem for me and my husband. The restaurant was very good as well. Prime location - walking distance to train station. We also took train to visit Howth and had lunch there. Beautiful country.

Ideally located for visitors travelling by train and planning to see the historic sights of Conwy. The hotel has a unique charm with lots of antique furnishings in the hallways. Take the breakfast option!

Castle is lovely, it is in the center of Conway so convenient but also can be noisy at night. The food is excellent and they have nice cocktails
